While transporting him to Triskelion, Iron Spider discovers that Hydro-Man is not a good guy, and the fight with him causes an emergency landing near Aunt May's house. While Spider-Man, Iron Spider, and Kid Arachnid battle Hydro-Man, Scarlet Spider works to protect Aunt May, who ends up calling him Ben. Once Hydro-Man is defeated, and the resulting battle drenches Aunt May's lawn, Spider-Man receives news that the Quinjet transporting Hydro-Man back to his cell has been intercepted, leading Spider-Man to speculate that Doctor Octopus has brought Hydro-Man to his side.
